Right of Withdrawal

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason. We will refund you in full, including the cost of standard delivery.

How to cancel or withdraw your order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement using either option below:

• Email us at support@lensio.store with your name and order number. We will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
• Or complete the model withdrawal form below and email it to the same address.

After you withdraw, you will receive a confirmation email. Please return the item within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof that you have sent them).
